INCORPORATION MERGER

As of 1 August 2009, the incorporation merger of Andit spa into Gandini spa will be effective. Andit spa is a commercial company that has been operating in the fastener sector since 1967. In the last ten years it has expanded its product lines by adding screws, nuts and bolts, and special manufactured items with particulars by design. These excellent commercialized brands widen the already vast product lines of the Gandini group.
