KM, KML NUTS
According to their applications the nuts may be of locking or unlocking type. They are used for fastening bearings on shafts and for demounting them from pressure adapter sleeves. Four or eight notches allow their mounting or demounting through pin or percussion wrenches.

HM NUT
Similars to KM type but with larger diameters it is distinguished by having 8 slots and to be fixed by safety brackets MS instead of safety washers MB.

MB, MBL SECURITY WASHERS
The washers lock the little and middle nuts on the shaft. They go into the shaft groove and bending one of the tabs into one of the notches they will be positioned and blocked.

MS SAFETY BRACKETS
The safety brackets lock the little and middle nuts on the shaft. They will be fastened to the nut with a hexagonal-head screw fitting into the shaft groove and into a nut notch.

KMW NUT - DIN 1804
It is precision locknuts. The degree of precision of the thread is 4H instead of 6H of KM type.

KMT PRECISION NUTS
The precision nuts will be fastened on the shaft thanks to three fixing grains pressed against the shaft itself. Up to the group 15 they show two plain faces for the clamping through adjustable wrenches. The three grains permit to compensate the lack of precision of the elements to be fastened and to exactly position the nut perpendicularly with the shaft axel.

KMTA NUT
It is precision locknuts similar to KMT type with a reduced outside diameter.
They too are locked on the shaft by three grains, have a cylindrical outer surface and are useful when there is not enough space.
The holes on the surface serving for tightening by hook wrenches while a frontal holes by adaptors.

KMZ NUT

GUK, GUP, GUA SELF-LOCKING NUTS
A nylon insert inside the self-locking nuts has a self-threading function at the mounting with a consequential locking effect.
They will be mounted on not splined shafts not needing a washer for their locking.

AP - DIN 705
Adjusting rings are used on shaft with threaded and are locked by one or two grains depending of diameter.

H, OH TENSILE ADAPTER SLEEVES
The tensile adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with or without supports. Mounted on shafts without supports they can lock the bearing in any location. Using a shaft with support they need a spacer so to obtain a precise axial bearing positioning and to make easier their demounting.
The tensile adapter sleeves will be supplied complete with nut and washer.
On the conical side of the adapter sleeve previously mounted on the shaft will be pushed the bearing positioning it through the screwing of the nut.
Adapter sleeves with oil system will be used for middle and big bearings making so easy the fitting through an external groove and an injection oil hole reduces the friction.

AH, AOH PRESSURE ADAPTER SLEEVES
The pressure adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with supports.
The adapter sleeve will be pushed into the hole of the bearing close to the shaft support through a nut (not included) (separately supplied) working on the threaded side of the shaft.
Another nut ( ) will act on the threaded side of the adapter sleeve for the demounting.
Adapter sleeves with oil system with external and internal grooves for the high friction reduction will be used for middle and big bearings.

HOOK WRENCHES - DIN 1810
The Hook wrenches serve for the mounting and dismounting of the locknuts KM, KMW, KMT types.
