Threaded locking nuts
Steel
DIN 981
According to their applications the nuts may be of locking or unlocking type. They are used for fastening bearings on shafts and for demounting them from pressure adapter sleeves. Four or eight notches allow their mounting or demounting through pin or percussion wrenches.

Threaded locking nuts TYPE HMDIN 981 With holes for bracket
Similars to KM type but with larger diameters it is distinguished by having eight slots and to be fixed by safety brackets MS instead of safety washers MB.

Safety washers
Steel
DIN 5406
The washers lock the little and middle nuts on the shaft. They go into the shaft groove and bending one of the tabs into one of the notches they will be positioned and blocked.

Precision nuts
Steel
DIN 1804
It is precision locknuts. The degree of precision of the thread is 4H instead of 6H of KM type.
Precision locking nuts TYPE KMTWith locking screws
These precision nuts are fastened on the shaft thanks to three fixing screws pressed against the shaft itself. Up to the size 15 they show two plain faces for the clamping through adjustable wrenches. The three screws permit to compensate the lack of precision of the elements to be fastened and to exactly position the nut perpendicularly with the shaft axel.
Precision locking nuts TYPE KMTAReduced external diameter with locking screws
They are precision locknuts similar to KMT type with a reduced outside diameter. They too are locked on the shaft by three screws, have a cylindrical outer surface and are useful when there is not enough space. The holes on the surface are used for tightening by hook wrenches while for frontal holes by adaptors.

Self-locking threaded nuts
Steel
Standard
A nylon insert inside the self-locking nuts has a self-threading function at the mounting with a consequential locking effect. They will be mounted on not splined shafts not needing a washer for their locking.
Self locking threaded nuts TYPE GUPHeavy duty
A nylon insert inside the self-locking nuts has a self-threading function at the mounting with a consequential locking effect. They will be mounted on not splined shafts not needing a washer for their locking.
Self locking threaded nuts TYPE GUASpecial diameter and pitches

Tensile adapter sleeves
Steel
The tensile adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with or without supports. The tensile adapter sleeves will be supplied complete with nut and safety device (washer or bracket). On the conical side of the adapter sleeve previously mounted on the shaft the bearing will be pushed positioning it through the screwing of the nut.
Tensile adapter sleeves TYPE OHWith oil system
The tensile adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with or without supports. The tensile adapter sleeves will be supplied complete with nut and safety device (washer or bracket). On the conical side of the adapter sleeve previously mounted on the shaft the bearing will be pushed positioning it through the screwing of the nut.
Pressure adapter sleeves
Steel
The pressure adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with supports. The adapter sleeve will be pushed into the hole of the bearing close to the shaft support through a nut (separately supplied) working on the threaded side of the shaft. Another nut separately supplied will act on the threaded side of the adapter sleeve for the demounting.
Pressure adapter sleeves TYPE AH
The pressure adapter sleeves are backing components for the mounting of bearings with conical hole on cylindrical shafts with supports. The adapter sleeve will be pushed into the hole of the bearing close to the shaft support through a nut (separately supplied) working on the threaded side of the shaft. Another nut separately supplied will act on the threaded side of the adapter sleeve for the demounting.
