Our fasteners are known for their quality in every specific application: appropriate items, materials and surface treatments make them a reliable and safe product. Gandini Fasteners offers a wide range of retaining rings, springs, screws, nuts, washers, keys, pins, cylindrical and elastic pins, studs, bushes, locking nuts, tear-off screws as well as custom-made items.
Our material range includes: carbon steel, stainless steel (Aisi 302, Aisi 304, Aisi 316, Aisi 410, 17-7PH Stainless steel, Grade B7, Grade L7), non-ferrous alloys and superalloys (elgiloy, A-286, inconel, nimonic, titanium and aluminum), duplex stainless steel and copper alloys; while among the special finishing treatments we offer there are: yellow zinc-plating, white zinc plating, hot dip galvanizing, PTFE coating, silver plating, black oxide coating and passivation.
Logistics is one of the flagships of our company: the updating of the incoming and outcoming material is managed by an information technology process that controls all the company functions. This system brings to an optimization of the orders processing and to the continuous re-integration of our provisions. The result is the possibility of offering our clients an optimal service thanks to the constantly updated warehouse that allows processing almost the totality of orders directly from our stock.
For many years now, our company has been actively present on Oil& gas market. Among our customers we count some of the biggest companies operating in this industry such as: Ge Oil & Gas, Nuovo Pignone, Baker Hughes, Cameron Schlumberger and Ansaldo Energia. The products we manufacture and sell, are built to resist to the sharp environmental conditions Oil&gas operators have to cope with every day during the oil and gas extraction, transport and refining processes.
Ensuring a reliable and safe equipment is essential for us. Gandini’s products are used in a wide range of onshore and offshore applications such as in every phase of the circle of life of a well, from drilling, to the extraction and production of hydrocarbons, in mechanical transmission, compression, in energy production in oil industry and gas production in energy industry, in gas pipelines, gas storage and in refining and petrochemical production.

The history of Gandini Group started in 1914. Today the Group counts:
> A sales company (Gandini Fasteners) that distributes small metal parts;
> An industrial company (Gandini Industria) that, thanks to a modern foundry designed for aluminum alloys and with a yearly production capacity of more than 800 tons, manufactures pistons, screws, nuts and mechanical parts;
> An automation division (once Andit Automazione) that supplies in Italy important brands of the automation, welding, thermal cut and robotics industry.
Gandini Group today boasts two headquarters, three production plants, warehouses with more than 500 million pcs sold every year, and it relies on differentiated European and Extra European providers.
