Precision locking nuts TYPE KMTWith locking screws
These precision nuts are fastened on the shaft thanks to three fixing screws pressed against the shaft itself. Up to the size 15 they show two plain faces for the clamping through adjustable wrenches. The three screws permit to compensate the lack of precision of the elements to be fastened and to exactly position the nut perpendicularly with the shaft axel.
Precision locking nuts TYPE KMTAReduced external diameter with locking screws
They are precision locknuts similar to KMT type with a reduced outside diameter. They too are locked on the shaft by three screws, have a cylindrical outer surface and are useful when there is not enough space. The holes on the surface are used for tightening by hook wrenches while for frontal holes by adaptors.
