A Gandini Group's third step towards eco-sustainability was achieved with the activation of a new photovoltaic system on the roof of the Sesto San Giovanni site.

The new 120kWp plant designed by the Synergia studio in Lecco and built by the Diemme company of Annone Brianza allows the reduction of the energy needs of the plant of about 27 TEP (Equivalent Tons of Oil) per year with a reduction in the product pollution of approx. 60 tons of CO2 per year.

The official statistical values say the new plant should produce a total of about 140MWh / year equal to 60% of consumption with a considerable annual saving on purchase costs.
